Prize Draw Rules
1 The prize draw for members of Enterprise The Business Credit Union Limited is a private prize draw open to members of Enterprise The Business Credit Union Limited.
2 The draw will take place during the last week of each month.
3 Members may attend the draw by prior arrangement with the Friends of Enterprise The Business Credit Union committee.
4 Tickets will cost £1 each per month.
5 1 ticket only may be purchased per account.
6 The Friends of Enterprise The Business Credit Union committee will decide prizes.
7 The winners will be notified in writing.
8 Every participant will be issued with a set of rules.
9 Prize money will be paid into the winners Credit Union account.
10 Winning accounts will be posted on the Enterprise The Business Credit Union website and in the Credit Union office.
11 Prizes will only be paid if winning ticket holders have paid in the full cost of their tickets.
12 Two independent adjudicators will be present at each draw.
13 Tickets will only be issued to members of Enterprise The Business Credit Union Limited who have completed the Prize Draw Entry Form.
14 Once an entry form has been received from a member then that member will be included in all subsequent prize draws until that member cancels the prize draw application in writing.
15 The Friends of Enterprise The Business Credit Union committee on behalf of the members will administer Prize Draw revenue.
16 The Friends of Enterprise The Business Credit Union will donate the entire surplus from the prize fund to the Enterprise The Business Credit Union Limited.
17 The Friends of Enterprise The Business Credit Union will be elected from members at the AGM
18 A register of entrants each month will be kept by the Friends of Enterprise The Business Credit Union Committee and a copy will be held in the Enterprise The Business Credit Union Limited Registered Office.

20 Tickets are non-transferable.
